I always amazed how restaurant owners don't get the customer service importance of their business. We drove out there because the web site said they closed at 2:00. We got there at 1:40 and were told we could not sit outside on the deck because they were closing and we'd have to take it to go. (little hard on a motor cycle). If you want to go home at 2:00, then close at 1:30. I cannot speak to the quality of the food as we never ate there,,,, and never will!

The food is excellent, good enough to detour for if your in the area. Nice out door area. Salsa is bangin. Seafood tostadas will have you drooling on yourself until you finally eat it then afterwards you'll be wondering why you didn't order more then one. The Asada torta will have you getting one for the road.

Sometimes, all it takes is that first bite...and you just KNOW you've hit the jackpot. Now, I've only been once, so my review is based on that fact. I am definitely coming back because I just had one of the best chile verde burritos ever.
The chips are always the first sign. Some people need to have the very thick, freshly fried chips for their "authentic" experience. I don't require that, because I'm here for the entrees, and not the starters. What I do require is that those chips be fresh, however. If they are, then that's a good sign in my book. The not-so-sly grin on my face was hard to hide when I was munching on my fresh and super crunchy chips, because chances are, I knew I was in for a treat!
The cheerful server who also took my order at the register, plopped down a sizable burrito filled with perfectly seasoned pork smothered in a tasty salsa verde, frijoles de la olla, guacamole, lettuce, Oaxaca cheese (kudos for that!), onions, pico de gallo, as well as some other deliciousness I can't even remember. I also had a side of some extra salsa verde, which I used to pour onto the burrito before every bite. I'm usually a slow eater, but I absolutely devoured this meal!
I will be in the area for work for the better parts of May and June...and cannot wait to go back to try some more authentic goodness! -

Some of the best Mexican Food we've ever had! Drove from Guerneville after reading reviews on Yelp, and it was so worth the drive! The service was fast and very friendly, too. My husband ordered the enchilada platter and he said it was very flavorful. I ordered the carne asada platter, which was served with rice, beans and corn tortillas. The meat was juicy and cooked just perfectly. We visited 3 weeks ago and are still talking about what a great meal we had.
